Very very poor service DOHA Somerset West.

I scheduled an appointment via the app for 11 and 12 the 30/11/2022. I then had to book a days leave from and I'm also a public servant. But I have to say tye service from when I got there till when I left with out even being helped was so so poor and unprofessional. You would think by having an appointment in would help you, but I totally wrong. So unorganized and no one tells you what's happening. They would not even let you use the toilet unless you were in the building it self. I had to go and use KFC toilet. I eventually left at 11h30 as the 9oclock appointments had not been done yet. I've lost a day's leave and still no new ID document, and what makes it even more frustrating and angry is that I drove all the way from steenberg. Very very very very very poor service.
