Very special service at Home Affairs, Nedbank, Sandton

Such a lovely experience yesterday at Nedbank Sandton Home Affairs! Nedbank has underground visitor parking available at entrance 6 in Maude Street. Home Affairs is on the ground floor outside through the street-level bank branch. Get a number, two thumb prints, signature and photo in booth. Had to do it twice because loadshedding kicked in while mine was in process so data was lost. Lovely friendly jokey service from helpful Patience, two-people queue. In and out (including having to do it twice) in 20 minutes. Meant free parking for under an hour 😊 Apparently will be ready in 2-3 weeks. Came home to email and SMS confirmations.
