Very rude male customer service official during visit of 19 Sept 2017

When you walk in to Home Affairs in FNB Lifestyle Centurion, expect to be treated like dirt, then you wont be disappointed with the service. The meet/greet official was okay, if you like service with no smile. The male official who assisted me was downright rude. When I asked him to repeat an instruction that he had mumbled to me, he started shouting at me - saying "why are you raising your voice to me?" There is no supervisor on the premises, so there is no place to complain. I am really disgusted with how I was treated in this Home Affairs office!
