Very poor service! !!!!!!!!!!!!

Very poor service from the department of home affairs I am a South African man who married a Sotho woman in 2015. My wife and I were in the process of applying for a spousal permit when her passport was banned for five years due to overstaying in December 2019. Her sister had given birth and was sick due to depression and my wife was helping to take care of the new born baby and other young kids because there was no one else to do that. We tried to apply for pardoning by sending numerous emails but we haven't got any response from Home affairs till today. This has affected us negatively because my wife is still in Lesotho while I am left to take care of the kids here in Johannesburg alone. The kids need their mom and I also need her. Home affairs please help me. This is now the third year of sadness in my family 2024 is too far!
