VERY POOR RUDE service at Home Affairs Prospection

My wife, and them i was treated with TOTAL disrespect at the Prospection offices of the Home affairs in KZN. The officials 1. DO NOT tell the public what is required and the are EXTREMELY ARROGANT when one is TRYING to talk to them. I WAS ESPECIALLY polite, deliberately, and was treated with disdain and basically IGNORED. I however must say that one security guard TRIED to be helpful. POOR SHOW. NO Batho Pele OR UBUNTU in practice here.
