very dissapointed!!!!

My grandmother received an SMS saying she must come and complete a DHA24 and DHA288 for my cousin's certificate as it rejected from PTA. She was then told that the Surname \Mahlangu"doesn't appear anywhere on the system. My Aunt (who passed away in 2005) was a Dhlamini who got married to a Lekoana (those surnames do appear)"
