Very bad setrvice from Home affairs

I've app**** for my Birth certificate in the 10 Febuary 2021. On 10 Spetember 2021 I finialy got through to speek to some one they then promissed me that it would be done and I can collect it on the 14th of September today is the 27th and it is still not done
