VERY BAD SERVICE FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF HONE AFFAIRS AT BENONI LAKESIDE

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I came to apply for an unabridged certificate with my sister on the 22nd of September 2021, there was a payment made from each of was which was R75. We were then told to wait for 8 weeks and we’ll receive our certificates. The year ended and we did not receive any sms. January 2022, we came to check for the certificate and we didn’t get them. I got back today on the 04th of May 2022 to check again for my certificate, we queued along with others, there were so many different queues that they ended up closing doors for us with any assistance, along with pregnant women and women who carried children. Everyone is ****ED with the bad service we receive on a daily basis
