Very bad service delivery, kicked out.

I was at the Home Affairs office in Alberton on Saturday 14.11.2015. We arrived at the office at *:30 and the Que was already very long. We proceeded to stand in the Que and eventually get into the building at about 10. We eventually got the payment done and proceeded to get our numbers to be assisted. Our photo's was eventually taken at about 1pm. By this time it is their closing time and the door was already closed at about 12 so the people in the building were the ones that was let in before 12. By 2 they started leaving with people still waiting to be assisted. They then proceeded to kick us out of the building as they \wanted to go home now". We were about 10 people left to be helped and were escorted out of the building by the security and told to come back on Monday. This morning we were back"
