Very bad service

Home affairs use need to wake up I'm waiting 4 months now for my smart ID and everytime I contact use there no proper explanation always the same story of photo verification you telling me use do photo verification for 4 months all I wana know is when I'm getting my ID is that so hard your call agents talk like they just don't care and just wana end the call all I just want is my ID but I must wait so long come please I need answers why my ID Taking so long
