Very bad service

Hi<br> I app**** for a passport last month and received sms after four days for collection, which was quick and good well done job. I went three times for collection and returned because of lots of people as they said. I went back on Thursday, 07 January 2016 and waited outside on the queue and around 15h00 a security told us to leave as it's too full inside and nobody pays them overtime. They should close doors at 16h00 but they now block people from getting inside from 15h00. Rendani is one of the most useless person in that department, she only helps one or two people from there she does her own things. She seats and talk to her colleagues if not talking to her son, that's why their queues are not moving. Some people are not committed in those offices but moving up and down with their tea cups. Their manager is forever out of the office and found at the shops.
