very bad service

I went to department of home affairs in Germistion, to change my kids surnames as I am married and my surname already change, everything was submitted in February 2019 they told me to check after 3 month, I went to check in May the told me not ready I must check in June, I go there again in June same stories that not attended to, I must check in July, I went there again this month still not on the system, how long it takes to change kids surname and get new birth certificate, I am so disappointed with the service I am getting from this department.
