Very Bad Customer Service Home Affairs Nedbank Lakeview

I am so disappointed with the service at Home Affairs Nedbank Lake View .I have app**** for my daughter’s passport on the 17th March and to date i am been given the run around with no resolution. We app**** for the brothers passport 2 weeks after my daughters and the brothers Passport is out but the one we app**** for before the brothers is not out , i hv been given the run around ,telling me thy are waiting feedback mind you i have paid for this service and i feel they are not making it a priority at all . I have to be the one following up with the manager all the time .We were asked to come to the branch to recapture using our own petrol we drove to recapture but still same issue .It is so frustrating now because we are being pushed from pillar to post with no resolution and we suppose to just understand.The service is pathetic to say the least .
