VERY ANGRY

i really think they should up their game. the online application takes forever, when you need to go to step 2, there is nothing on the screen, and that is where you are stuck. if you click submit it just turns and turns and nothing happens. there is no number you can contact to assist, and the number that they give just rings for hours. then when you take a day from work to go to them, you stand for hours and they are offline. how convenient.... they are more offline than offline, seems the people don't want to work. there are a lot of people that wait outside the whole day just to go home. they must speed up things. how many people have unresolved affairs just because they are never online unless it suits them.... i think its pathetic to struggle for almost 4 months just to get your 1st time ID. i need someone to help me sort this A.S.A.P. my son needs to get his drivers license but cant do anything because he doesn't have his ID!!!!!!!!!!
