VAULT COPY OF MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE

I app**** for a VAULT COPY of my BIRTH CERTIFICATE in May 2019. I was told it would take two weeks. I inquired in the time period and was told it was not ready. I have attended the office, phoned and written emails so with no success. I just an told to check again in two weeks time.
