vault copy of marrige certificat

we app**** in 2014 through a passport office in hillcrest to get a copy of my vault marrige certificate to be able to get my two daughters british passports and after numerous attempts after six months the passport office told me they were getting nowhere and i would have to go to umgeni home affairs my self ,which i did only to be told it had still not arrived.I was told to either telephone or email to check on the progress.i have sent numerous emails and my last email in december they asked for my minister name and req number ,alos where and when i was married and who where my witnesess.i had previously sent them a copy of the marrige certificate given to me by the church.i was also told that the minister would have to give me the copy but he has retired and all his records where sent to pretoria.i am at my wits end as i really dont know what else to do.my case number is 1505/035/116<br>
