Useless Staff!

After completing my children's(2) adoption, all documents was handed in on the 7th October 2014 at Home Affairs Potchefstroom. On the 23rd if February 2015 I start phone the call centre to find how far the applications are only to find that the youngest application was completed and the oldest not. And that the oldest son's notice of birth(DHA-24) form is missing. I was contacted Khorombi Mulangaphuma requesting proof of payment - I send her all the documents via email including the DHA-24. I went in to Potchefstroom completed the from and it was send in via skynet(tracking no. ***) on the 20th March I again phone the call centre only to hear that they did not receive the form. And I was told that she will phone me back on the 24th of March. Today 24 March I phone again and still they tell me they did not receive the from. When I insist to complain to someone she quickly phoned Skynet and find that Maggie signed for it. My ownly problem is that my child need to register for the matric exams and without and ID he can't. So who is not doing there job?
