Useless service

<p>We've been here since 8 in the morning and yet all the spaces are not occupied. I'm here to renew my ID , I was told to go to different places roaming around like a headless chicken . Now at the photo booth there's only one person working . I mean there's a thousand of us here yet we're not being served ! There's a lady (blonde haircut )who's roaming around here instead of helping us , she goes on the system for 5 mins helps one person then leaves .. How do you help people while food is on your desk? Batho pele principles were not app**** at Home affairs WINTERNEST! </p>
