useless service

I went to apply for my daughters unabridged certificate since October 2018... till today may 2019 I haven't received it but i paid for it, i went there several times they keep telling me to come back week after week, i was supposed to have opened my daughters investment bank account coz they can't do that without it at the banks lately due to lot 9f *******ions, they need proof if shes really my daughter, even when I complain they say theirs nothing they can do coz they don't make certificates but apply in Pretoria then it comes back, no one i willing to help in tired of going back and forth coz of them, not only they costing me financially but my daughters future aswel, their very useless when it comes to follow ups
