Useless Secunda Home Affairs

Secunda Home Affairs the most useless branch and its management!!!

I went to the branch yesterday for an ID in which I only hold a temporary that is expiring this month. We stood on queues for an entire day and just when we were closer, the door was rudely shut in our faces.

So I have taken a video as a proof. Management failed to answer questions and the other manager of the branch ran away. Can this branch be attended to. We need inspectors to come in.

We have so many unemployed people out there who can offer better services than what we are currently witnessing in that branch. I am going to share the media pack attachment I took yesterday on all social platforms so that the world can see what these so called government employees are toing to the society.

I have been to bigger home affairs offices and their services are at a top notch compared to this minute branch in Secunda.

Can somebody please do something about this before I take this further. I told them I will be there today at lunch time for my ID card and I'm definitely not gonna queue as I wasted my day for nothing yesterday.
