Useless DOHA

I had to give them one star otherwise it would not let me write this review. It is a pity you do not have a negative rating as that is what they deserve.

This is becoming quite frustrating, I have tried on numerous occasions to rectify this problem to no avail. The telephone at your branches is never answered, nor are my emails returned with even an automated reply.

PLEASE COULD I HAVE SOME FEEDBACK ON THIS MATTER!

I am querying the application for copy of a marriage certificate for a elderly gentleman

It has been a year since he app**** for this and has yet to receive it. This is required to finalise the estate of his late wife

I am helping Mr. R with this matter as he is now disabled and unable to type or read emails. It is also very difficult for him to visit the Department on a regular basis and to spend countless hours waiting with no feedback regarding this application.
