USELESS DHA online booking system

DHA has the most useless online booking system. The stupid system keeps hanging and I am not able to move to the next stage of the application process. The whole IT unit/division must be fired...I have planned travels coming up and I am not able to renew my kid's passports

This is absolute *******!
