useless Department of Home Affairs

couldn't give a zero... there is no service... have to pick up my daughter's passport. Centurion office (across Gautrain) been there since 09h20 - now 13h20 - still nothing... OMG!!!!!

they are so pathetic I want to cry - but then maybe that is their mission in life?...
