Useless

The Department of home affairs have ALWAYS been pretty much useless!!! Now, it is even worse!!! We are expected to implement social distancing, this is something that is non existent here. I went to Akasia branch, arrived just before 8h00 in the morning, the amount of people waiting from so early is a joke!!! The parking area was packed with people. Most standing on top of each other, not wearing masks, screaming and yelling over the never ending growing crowds. After standing in the blistering sun for over 4 hours, I still did not make it even one metre closer to the door. I gave up. The following day I decided to rather go to Centurion branch, I arrived there just before 7h00 in the morning. People were sitting on camping chairs the entire parking area full, right around the block, everywhere! I could not even find parking!!! How is one expected to get anything done???? I have taken off from work 4 times now to get to home affairs, and still, I have not managed to get inside of the building.
