Useless Branch Manager (Wynberg Cape Town) - Nazeem Andrews

In April 2023, I app**** for my passport and ID copy at the Boksburg Branch in JHB. I chose Wynberg in JHB as my pick up location.

In error, the consultant that assisted me chose Wynberg in Cape Town.

I have been trying since April to get my passport and ID sent to JHB with absoultely no response from the branch Manager, Nazeem Andrews.

There are so many unemployed South Africans and here is an individual that is employed but just does not perform his role efficiently.
