Useless and ***********

App**** for a new ID book for my hubby online earlier this year. Needed to make an appointment to have biometrics captured. Cannot book online. Cannot contact them because their phones don't work, and they have never responded to the several emails I have sent to various addresses published online. Now they have sent a snotty email saying I haven't responded to their request! They are utterly useless.
