URGENT: Unabridged birth certificate needed for planned wedding but no one helps

We app**** for my fiancés unabridged birth certificate in February only to receive an unabridged birth certificate with wrong details on there. We app**** for rectification in April and nothing happened since but we URGENTLY need the document as we have a wedding planned in a few weeks and need the document for that. We are incredibly stressed about that. Please assist, it is really urgent!

We received a reference/case number which is 1***. Please assist in this matter, I can't stress enough how urgent it is for us.
