Urgent Passport

G'day<br> Every week I've been following up on my dad's Application for Passport - lodged on 9June - more than 40 working days ago.<br> <br> It's been 8 weeks already, this coming Tuesday 11August it will be 9 weeeks - what is the turnaround time for the application process from end to end.<br> It is absolutely FRUSTRATING - every week I call the call centre - to get the exact same response.<br> <br> I have no words anymore - please advise if you have feedback in this regard it will be highly appreciated.<br> <br> Thanks<br> Gill <br>
