Unwilling to assist, ****** and **************!

I was at Home affairs Springs last Friday to register my baby, and the lady said that they will not accept the Proof of Birth Annexure as the hospital did not fill in the father or the baby's particulars. I then filled it in and they just blatantly said that they will not assist me as the writing is not the same as the nurses that helped me on the day of the birth.

So today I phoned the hospital to complain about this only to find out that they never in the history of child birth filled in that part of the form and it is purely Home Affairs' responsibility to make sure this is filled in upon registration.

Now do you want to tell me that I was just told to leave because they did not want to help me???? I find it VERY frustrating and disrespectful. And then they still want to chat in their language and laugh while they look at you?? Is this not **************? ******????? I wish I had the name of the lady that assisted me... Room 15 the last table at the left.

I feel that we are being failed as a country by the very people that need to assist us.
