Unsatisfied and disappointing

We have app**** for 2 unabridged birth certificates, passport and marriage certificate just before lock down. We have received marriage certificate and passport of my self. Husband's unabridged birth certificate was not issued up to date and my unabridged birth certificate was totally incorrect. I have a different mother and father an my ****en name was also wrong. I have been at the branch h several times and nothing up to date. The service is u to sh@t and we have to immigrate in 3 months time. The website indicates that it take 3 to 8 weeks to be issues which is a lie. You wait forever.
