Unsatisfactory Service

I app**** for a ZSP permit via VFS Global on 5 December 2014, the application was supposed to take 8weeks. It has been 20weeks, when I track the application online it shows that it was submitted to Pretoria Home Affairs. when I call the VFS call center, the tell me the exact same thing and they cannot get me any further assistance. Today I called the Home Affairs Pretoria Region Head, Joyce Ncalo. The moment I mentioned that I app**** through the VFS she cut me off and told me to talk to VFS, before I could finish why I was calling her. Not professional at all. I then called the Presidential hotline where I got the best service, they took my enquiry down and gave me a reference and said I should follow up in 7days should they not call me before then.<br> <br> Minister Gigaba should do something about this because being foreign is starting to feel ********. Some of us unfortunately are professionals but this second class citizen treatment has to stop. I am very hurt by this. I have been in this country for 12years.<br> <br> a very concerned soul.
