Unprofessional staff

Went to home affairs at Olrando weat Soweto today around 2pm to collect my Smart card ID nd the gates were closed the manager told us they closed cuz they short staff nd they need to knock off at 4pm nd by law they should close at 3:30pm the lady manager was even rude too us telling us it's full inside which was a lie cuz we could see from outside that it's not full next thing she's telling us we many outside she can't let us In cuz it's gonna be swapt inside...
