Unprofessional service delivery - 10 weeks await

On 05 March 2021, I needed to apply for a new Marriage Certificate Format, after my husband past away on 08 Jan 2021, to claim money from the UIF

During time I tried phoning Bellville Branch, no answer. I have numerous emails to the advertised email Adress on the 0800 no, no answer back, I phoned the ***, no answer after long listening to music and info. This morning, after long hold, a lady answers and help me, the she told me to hold, again long, she came back and said still pending, this is unprofessional, 10 weeks for a document I have since 1971, but need the new format for claiming UIF of my late husband, I need the money, but for Home Affairs it's not important. I tried phoning Bellville Branch, no answers or try to get in, they tell me if I have a no, meaning early morning to stand in ques
