What a poor service received from Home Affairs Polokwane cbd in Library Gardens. I arrived there at 10:32am exactly and I was helped by 13:27. People just work so very slowly in a way that you cant believe. Nothing reported to us that doesn't work but its just a completely go slow and once lunch time they just left people stranded and only one person will be left to assist a big group of people. I am really dissapointed with their service and it clearly shows that we as black people still have a long way to go. No one even shows remorse when I was complaining directly to them everyone sees that as a norm to help one or two people within an hour. What a poor service.
