Unmanaged queues outside the gate

Department of Home Affairs Centurion office. Queues outside are not well managed. Car guards are colluding with security guards to sell the front spot on the queue. You will wait for hours without moving an inch..If you have money you can buy your way to the front. Can home affairs management please resolve this issue.
