Unjustified outcome delay in application

I have app**** for a extension of my student visa in March in VFS offices in Cape Town, my application was sent to DHA Pretoria and so far no further information was given to me. I was informed that the application would be finalised in 8 weeks. It has been 4 and a half months and counting and I am still waiting for an outcome. Have tried to contact both VFS and DHA Pretoria multiple times but did of receive any satisfactory feedback.<br> The delay in the outcome for the visa application remains unexplained and I still await for the application to be processed.
