Unidentified Citizen

<p>I am a South African born RSA citizen and I app**** for an ID back when I was in high school and it was issued to me on the 20th of September 2016.</p> <p>I've app**** for a temporary passport on 2 occassions and both time I was turned back and told to bring a family member with the same surname to "identify" me or vouch that they know me. As part of the admin for the passports the officials that assisted me took full sets of fingerprints which were supposed to be submitted and captured at the head office. Sadly, I app**** for a Nedbank account a few months back and to my surprise, they system could not pick up my fingerprints as well. I am so disappointed that I have been treated like I did not follow the right protocol and procedures to be counted as a South African cictizen. How many more times am I gonna have to go through this, sent back and forth just so that people can declare that I truly am a South African? What happened to my 3 full sets of fingerprints if I am still unidentified?</p>
