Unhelpful staff

Went to the department of home affairs in Pretoria which was a far drive. I went for absolutely nothing because no one knows what is going on. The lady in the marriage office was beyond rude and unwilling to help. It’s really horrible to go into a place where someone is so unhappy and angry to be doing their job.
