Unhelpful for Expats

We live overseas and have had to apply for a UBC for our son. This has been the worst process with much confusion. We have no idea where our documents are and have spoken to the most unhelpful people on the phone. One lady went as far as hanging up on us. We are currently stuck with no way to travel because our country makes expats jump through hoops to get what is rightfully ours.
