Unhappy with DHA at Centurion

I am so disappointed in DHA at Centurion, my husband went there about almost a year ago to make a SMART CARD. We have been calling and calling, they are now saying it's in printing, been over 3 months now saying it's in printing. Every call has a different agent or has their own story. We don't know what to do anymore. Never been this disappointed with DHA.
