Unhappy Customer

I'm annoyed with Maponya mall home affairs I app**** for a passport 2013 at Maponya mall home affairs and they didn't close/finish the application. My passport has expired im trying to apply for a new passport online i can't because my application is still open on the old system, i tried going to Centurion Home affairs and they told me they can't because there's an open application. I tried calling Maponya mall several times and they don't pick up .i no longer live in soweto i can't go there its far for me..im so annoyed why in the world didn't they close the application .?
