Unhappy citizens

Worst experience, my first visit to the Stanger branch with my online application, was there from 06h00 in the morning n left at 15h00 still not being sorted out. So today 20 November 2024 I have an appointment for 11h00 it's now 12h20 and I'm still not sorted out. What's the use of appointment and online service. This is terrible.
