Unfair Treatment of a pensioner

To whom It may concern<br> <br> On 13 March 2015 at 15:30 I took my grandmother who is 63 years old diabetic and sick to collect her passport .When we got there the sercurity guard in duty told us that they have cut the queue for collection.I explained to the guy that the password is urgent as she need to go to Botswana on 14 March and see the doctor ..The guard reffered me to the receptionist who was on duty that time by the name of Tshidi I also explaned to her the above as well as my granny conditions and that my granny forgot to take her medications and she told me that she cant sent me through as the queue was cut<br> <br> <br> what I didn't understand was since the home affairs closed at 16:00 why should they cut the queue at 15:00<br> I was shocked by her attitude because the pensioners should always be giving the priority.I hope that Tshidi wont be handing other pensioners as she did to my granny<br> <br> If that is the case on their door they should state that they close at 16:00 terms and conditons apply in that case we will understand
