Underbridge birth certificates.

I app**** for under bridge birth certificate for my daughter in March 2020 went back to home affairs in Jan 2022 and it was not done completed another form it is now 6 months down the line and still can't get the underbridge birth certificate, every time you phone all they say is the archive and my daughter is born in 2009. All you here when you call the matter is been escalated and escalated and that a teamleader will escalate and call you back but no team leaders calls you and the matter is not getting any where it is just sitting on the system. From 2020 till today, this is the worst servise just to request a underbridge birth certificate.
