Unbridged Birth Certificate completely out of SLA

We app**** for my sons unabridged birth certificate on 3 February 2015. To date we have not received a notification of the completion of his birth certificate. I have called the call center religiously for the last month and every week i have been told that a request has been sent to retrieve his birth records. Its been a MONTH and still no one is able to retrieve is birth records??? every week I have been told by the call center agents that they are ESCALATING. ESCALATING to WHAT to WHOM?? as in 4 weeks NOTHING THEY HAVE ESCALATED CAUGHT ANYONE'S ATTENTION IN THEIR BACK OFFICE!!!! IS ANYONE WORKING AT THE BACK OFFICE??<br> People that app**** after me in MAY have received their kids unabridged birth certificate. So what is HAPPENING??? I want to know who was assigned to do this birth certificate and why has it been delayed for so LONG!!!<br> <br> This service is disgusting especially when no one can give you answers to your questions.
