Unbridged Birth Certificate

I m very much disappointed with the service I received from Centurion Home Affairs. It's now 3 years since I have app**** for my son 's unbridged birth certificate, last year I went to centurion home affairs to check what's happening with the certificate I was told that it is in process.I called pretoria branch on *** and spoke to the lady by the name of Flora, she told me to hold as she want to check the progress of the certificate which I did hold for her when she came back to me she said she got bad news for me that my son s certificate is not ready yet and I asked her its now 3 years and said some documents are missing, she said its Centurion home affairs s fault to look for those details and when she check on the system she can see that I all the documents is there and is not my fault, I went back again and talked to the guy working at centurion home affair by the name of Gilbert Leshoro Masemola which I felt like he was not knowing what he was doing and he wanted to force me to something that I did not app**** for, I asked him to call his superior and he called Sonto and the matter went worse , as she told me that I have to re-apply again and my husband has to be there as he need to fill and sign the papers( DHA 154 & Insertion of father details forms ) which was not necessarily needed , as all the details was on the system and my husband was already at home affairs when they told me all those things, after a while struggling there luckily I was been able to be helped by Sis Phillipine Mabuza, the lady did an excellent job and look for all the required information to assist me, after assisted by Sis Philippine I realised that all the information I was given by Sonto and Gilbert was useless and they were not even supposed to ask me to call my husband to come to home affairs as all the information was on the system they were lazy to do their job, I wish the manager at Centurion home affairs can re-look at into this complain and attend to it immediatly for me to get my son's unbridged birth certificate urgently and talked to her/his staff as they sitting there not knowing what to do when they came across this matter like the one i have right now.Our hoe affiars they deserve people like Sis Phillipine Mabuza, who knows how to help the client .Well done sis Philipine Mabuza. I called today at home affairs Pretoria branch on this number *** and helped by the guy called Karabo, he was rude to me and he even told me that he is not even scared of anything and he won't call his superior to come and assist me with this matter of unbridged birth certificate , the only info he gave me he said he can see on the system that the complain was send to them on the 04th of May 2021 from Centurion to Pretoria home affairs that the query was to update the insertion of father details and that I will get the child birth certificate will take 2 or 6 months regardless of that 3yrs I have been waiting for that birth certificate. I will be much appreciated if I can be helped as I need that unbridged birth certificate urgently I cannot be able to do anything as all the things I have to do need that certificate.
