Unbridge Certificate

December 2017 I app**** for unbridged for my daughter and I'm still fighting each and every day to get it , November 2018 I was told that I need to fill in the DHA24 and DHA288 which I did but when I called the call center this year March I was told that I must fill in the DHA24 and DHA288 again because it was not filled in properly. I even contact the acting Director General but still nothing has been done . I need to travel out of South Africa this Friday and the certificate is still not out. I'm really stressing because I really need to go and I have no where to leave my daughter.

These systems is really useless because they are not work at all.
