Unacceptable service at home affairs head office Pretoria

<p>On the 11th of January i app**** for a pasport through the normal services. Since then, over two months, my passport was not issued yet. everytime i phone i get the same answer, the application is at fingerptint verification. Try as i want i cannot get contact details for the fingerprint department as to determine the problem. After several e mails nobody even responds to my problem. I need this uregntly for bussiness and cannot get any answers from anybody. Can somebody please assist me with this issue at hand as a matter of urgency?</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks.</p>
