Unacceptable service

I app**** for my sons unabridged birth certificate on the 29 December 2014 at the Roodepoort branch.A year later I have still not received it. Called numerous times and with the same response.... \ the processing department has not processed it yet". Turnaround time is to be 4 weeks to 6 weeks according to the Minister of Home Affairs. Funny that a 6 weeks at Home affairs is actually 12 months. They never respond to complaints because they are probably \""processing\"" that as well... UNACCEPTABLE - NO birth certificate no school registration - no birthcertificate no travel. """
