Unacceptable

1. My passport expired in December already so i threw it away. 2. I did it in 2014 in Rustenburg 3. Now i leaving in Bloemfontein. 4. Today when i go to Botshabelo they told me they can't do my new passport, because the old one is still on the system. 5. Now Rustenburg want my old passport with my is in photo to try to removed it. Now it is big story to get my passport and CAN'T do my knew one. I need it!!!!!!!! This is unacceptable .... how can my passport already expired and still on the system!!!!!!
